Welcome Welcome to “Mermaid of HULL” So happy to be hosting you, hope you make memories to last your life time…. Below you will find information that will help you get the most out of your stay. Cleaning fee is for normal clean, if you leave house with spills and trash it will cost extra $100 fee. Please act as if you were in your house. No sparkles or confetti. extra $200 cleaning fee. Park cars tight against my building, get people out and fold in mirrors. There is an easement to beach on side of Daddy’s. Supplies are brought down driveway to Daddy Dogs. House Rules Please Respect our HUGE investment, we have worked very hard to make this what it is. We want you to have FUN under control at all times. No smoking, No pets not even visiting. No RAVE parties, No Loud noise after 10pm. I have neighbors that are older on side of entrance, so if you can wait to talk when you get inside. (after dark) * All bed Linen is bagged and marked for what bed they go to. Leave all dirty sheets in bathroom in tall basket and basket in closet upstairs. Place all used towels in the tall basket also (This is how I know what needs to be cleaned) Load and start dishwasher Leave wine glasses on counter (not in dishwasher) Beer cans and bottles go in Blue barrel on 3rd fl under bar until you take with you. (Or leave behind house: will be brought to a charity) All trash ends up behind house in trash cans and Recycling goes back there also. Turn off all lights, shut and lock all windows and doors on your way out. (Check if door locked) (Please return all Thermostats to 63 degrees) Turn off air conditioners Checking-in and Operating Door Lock You will receive a code (the last 4 digits of your phone number) that will work during your stay. Punch in the code and hit the top button. You will hear it open, push down on door handle and open. It locks automatically , so be carful, if you do not shut door behind you quick enough it will lock. Please unlock , shut door. Please only give code out to who you trust. Always lock doors when you leave. Press top button once, hold door in as it does it. If it doesn’t work, unlock and try again. Please turn off air-conditioners if you open windows or doors. The Air-conditioner will freeze up and drain water, Also open blinds all the way on sliding door if doors are open. The wind blows them and breaks them off. Checking out Hit top long key, you will hear it, but, confirm it is locked. Check out time in 11am . Our cleaning crew arrives shortly after that , so unless you have made special arrangements with us, please be mindful of the check out time. TV and Audio Both TVs have internet if you have Netflix or YouTube account, etc. you can watch. Sound bar can also be used to play songs off of your phones, bluetooth. Fire Extinguisher Located on wall to right of Microwave in kitchen, First Aid In cabinet across from stove in kitchen Safe is in Canopy Bamboo Bed room (directions on how to use; are with safe) I took measurements of doorways; Front door 29 1/2 inch wide Bathroom 30 inch wide Kitchen 31 inch wide Spiral staircase to 3rd floor is 25 inch wide The front stairs are steep to get to the second floor.
Good to know
Park in Driveway as close as you can to my building. Need space to walk next to Daddy's. 2nd floor - has Queen Bamboo Bed, bedroom. 2nd floor - Dinning room has Queen Murphy Bed, Queen Futon, Ethan Alan pull out queen bed. 3rd floor - is HUGE; Full Murphy Bed and Queen Futon; 2 twin air mattress if needed. Sliding barn door can lock. (Wall Panels that you can use as dividers) Location , Location, Location..... Comfort and space: clocks on each floor have USB ports for easy phone charging. The top floor TV is equipped with a high quality sound bar, and bluetooth. The dining area can include an 8-foot buffet table with a warming dish, crockpot, and lots of large serving dishes - perfect for your large group meals. Beach chairs and towels are available during the warmer months. There is a bar sink on top floor, Large stand up mirror . Vanity on each floor for comfort of getting ready.
Other Details to Note
Walk to liquor store, 2 convenience stores near but, market Uber to. I would suggest to Ferry into Hull, Uber to market on way, to Mermaid of HULL. If you are a Rotarian Nantasket Hull Rotary meetings are on Wednesday 6pm to 8pm. You would be welcome to join, dinner is $20 a person. We have a great group of people and most meetings have a speaker Always interesting and social It is a great way to learn about our Great community

Bus to Ferry is across the street to catch ferry or train. Last summer we had a Free trolley ; Chamber of commerce is looking into doing this again. Hull Chamber of commerce has more events to see
