Great apartment in a convenient location. We loved the layout, how pristine and spotless it was and special features like the sauna! It was just what we needed for a fun stop in Boston on the way to Maine. Natasha is a terrific host. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was as described and a perfect size for our party. It's an older building as many in the area are, but the apartment was fully updated and very clean. The location in Somerville was great and was accessible to Cambridge in 10 minutes and and Boston within 20-25 min, so lots to do. We had some special requirements for our stay and Natasha was extremely timely and responsive with all of our inquiries. Great find!

Second year in a row! Did not disappoint. The detail with the mermaids was everywhere. Super easy walk to the beach. Ocean views, very light and bright space. Plenty of linens, towels, beach supplies. A gem!

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable and welcoming, and it made for an enjoyable visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston – it was a perfect home base for exploring the city!

Beautiful place, was equipped with everything you could possibly need! There were board games, karaoke speakers, etc. Stunning decorations and location with beachfront view. Natasha was very accommodating and helpful, 10/10 would recommend!

the place was amazing, and everything that we were looking for. The place was only about a 10min walk down to the harbor, and the local coffee shop that became our go to every morning. We look forward to coming back and booking this spot again

Mermaid of Hull was a beautiful rental home. You’re in the heart of everything with an outstanding ocean view from the top floor deck. House was fully stocked with everything you’d need. When we needed some help Natasha was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to enjoy Nantasket beach.

Natasha’s place was great and she was very responsive! Parking was a little difficult for us to find but we were able to get lucky with street parking, however it wasn’t free. The location of the place was great, right across from the beach and many restaurants within walking distance!

Natasha was awesome and always available if needed. House was spacious. So many great restaurants so close it was great. Second story deck gabe ypu a view of the ocean and was very relaxing.

Our stay in Hull was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time. The house was fully stocked with everything one might need and was located in such a beautiful spot with an oceanside view. Natasha was extremely kind and responsive. She gave clear instructions for checking in/out, where to park, and provided lots of recommendations on activities to do around the area. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and we felt clean and safe in this space. We were in town for a wedding nearby, and Natasha helped make the night even more special by allowing us to stay in this beautiful Airbnb.
